How do I change my username and/or password?

Your username cannot be edited.  If you wish to change your username a new account must be created.

To change your password you must log into your account at www.expenselog.net using a web browser.  Select "EDIT PROFILE" from the options at the top of the page.  Click on "Change Password" and enter your password exactly the same in both boxes to confirm that you have typed it correctly.  Once your password is changed you will have to update your settings on your mobile as well.

On your mobile select "User setup" from the main menu.  Your key presses on the phone should automatically default to numeric mode when entering a password. If your password is rejected please go back and confirm this is the case. You may be able to tell by the presence of a '123' icon near the text box.
