How do I edit ExpenseLog preferences on my mobile device?

To manage your Categories, Accounts, Currencies, Payment Methods, and many other settings directly on your mobile select "Preferences" from the main menu.  Under the preferences menu you have the following options:

- Edit categories: add, edit, and delete categories to keep expenses organized.  For example create a category for a trip with the city's name so that generating a report after the trip is effortless.

- Edit accounts: add, edit, and delete accounts to file your expenses under.  ExpenseLog comes predefined with several common accounts such as Meals, Lodging, Supplies, and many others.  You may add as many accounts as is necessary for your needs by selection "Add" from the menu.

- Edit currencies: add, edit, and delete additional currencies.  Adding a currency when travelling makes recording expenses significantly faster.  To add a currency enter a symbol or short form for the currency and the conversion rate in relation to your default currency.

- Edit payments: add, edit, and delete payment types.  If your accounting department requires you to log the method of payment you may add additional methods such as credit card types.

- Mileage rate:  Edit your mileage reimbursement rate.  When claiming mileage using the Mileage Account your distance travelled is multiplied by this number to calculate the claim.

- Default settings:  Edit settings that were initially created during the setup wizard including Date Format, Distance unit (km or mi), and Default Currency.

- Clear account:  Clears all data including your account login and password.  This does not delete your account from www.expenselog.net where you may still access all the data that has been synced from your mobile.  Any expenses not synced will be lost.
